home base is located at 807 Howe Street in Southport, NC.
Specializing in kayak tours, rentals, lessons, kayak and equipment
sales. We offer local kayak tours in salt marsh creeks, black water
rivers and to local barrier islands, guided kayak fishing trips,
Historical Southport bicycle tours and winter adventures to Florida
and other tropical locations.
The Adventure Kayak Company
offers a wide range of recreational opportunities to the outdoor
enthusiast, from the first time, to the advance paddler. We are a
full service kayak outfitter with our retail shop located on the
main street in Southport. Custom kayak and bicycle tours, kayak
fishing trips and kayak lessons are available upon request.

and gear. From PFDs (life jackets), paddles, dry bags to kayak car
