Oak Island/Caswell Beach Re-Entry Decal

August 23, 2011 - Oak Island, NC - With the approach of Hurricane Irene, the Town of Oak Island and the Town of Caswell Beach have issued the following bulletin:

Town of Oak Island Re-Entry Decal - Please be advised by authority of the Administration of the Town of Oak Island, the issuance of hurricane re-entry decals will cease when the Town of Oak Island is placed under a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Watch by the National Weather Service. Please see the below form and information you will need to acquire the decal. Town of Oak Island Police Department is located at 4621 E. Oak Island Drive, Oak Island (new Town Hall). It is open 24 hours. Get your sticker now, in hopes that you will not need it!

Town of Caswell Beach Re-Entry Decal - Caswell Beach residents may pick up a Re-Entry Decal from the Town of Caswell Beach Police Department - Monday thru Friday from 8am - 4:30pm at the Caswell Beach Town Hall, 1100 Caswell Beach Road. Please make sure to bring your vehicle registration for each vehicle, and a copy of your Drivers License, Water bill or Tax bill.

Saturday's Trash Pick-Up - No Trash Pick-up service on Oak Island including Town of Caswell Beach & Town of Oak Island - Saturday, August 27th. Do not put your garbage or recycle containers out this Saturday. Do make sure your containers are secured either inside a structure or tied off for the storm. In high winds these containers will do damage to your property and the property of your neighbors
