Representative Frank Iller, Chamber Board
Members, Planning Committee Members and Members
of the
Southport-Oak Island Area Chamber of Commerce
gathered Monday, November 14th to officially
open the Chamber's newly relocated offices at
4433 Long Beach Road, Southport.
Chamber Board
President Dennis Coffey thanked Dr. Brad Hilaman,
wife Linda and son Joe for their contribution in
making the move a reality. Coffey also
recognized the hard work of Don Hughes, Chair
and his Planning Committee and the Chairman of
Building & Grounds, Gene Faller. Coffey reported
this Committee's work is not complete as they
are working with Glenn Willis, Carolina Coastal
Designs to design an addition which will include
a meeting facility and storage area.
