David Arthur
Zavetsky, age 71, of Oak Island died Friday, March 9,
2012 at his residence.
Mr. Zavetsky was born in Pennsylvania on May 31, 1940,
son of the late David and Anna Voytovich Zavetsky. He
was a veteran of the United States Air National Guard.
Mr. Zavetsky retired from Bucyrus Erie in Glassport,
Pennsylvania.
Survivors include his wife Karen Labishak Zavetsky of
Oak Island; two sons David Zavetsky and wife Tabatha of
Pennsylvania and William Zavetsky of Holly Springs,
North Carolina; one sister Anna Marie Tirpak and husband
Bernard of Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren,
Zachary, Tyler, Noah, and Dylan.
A graveside service with inurnment will be held at
11:00am Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Cape Fear Memorial
Park in Southport.
